Only improvement would be on the website - would be better if it retained info between pages as if you want to go back and check a detail or change anything you have to start all over again.

It appears that your drive thought that we were on the TAP arrival but I stated that we were on EasyJet on the online form. the Driver apologized and other than that the transfer was good. The return transfer was faultless with the driver arriving before time and delivering us on time to the airport.
