Our driver was waiting for us as arranged. He was helpful and courteous. We arranged a tranfer back from our hotel by telephone from our hotel in Funchal. The assistant spoke perfect English, and was very helpful. All with a good, fair price; we could not fault the service at any stage. 10/10.. ”
