This is the first time I have booked a transfer online and wasn't sure what to expect, I was very pleasantly surprised. The driver met us at Funchal airport exactly as promised. He was polite, well presented and courteous. The Minibus was clean, comfortable and well maintained. During the holiday we had to change our collection time due to flight time changes, though this caused no problems - our amended collection time was confirmed by email to my mobile phone within minutes of the phone call. The driver collected us from the hotel exactly as arranged - I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending low-cost-transfers.com to anyone as they offer a superb service.. ”
