I particularly liked the reminder email you sent 24 hours before my return journey as I was somewhat concerned that the car might not show for the return, but the email reassured me and I had no worries. I personally cannot find any areas that need to improve. I had to change the return pick up time so rang the mobile number two days before return and was able to change the time without any hassle. The representative was very helpful and it was no trouble. The transport arrived on time.
